Adding new users

To add a new user, follow these steps:

  1. Click on ‘Users‘ in the leftsidebar
  2. Click on the button ‘Add New‘ in the top of your screen: button-add-new-user
  3. Fill out at least the fields: ‘Username‘, ‘E-mail‘ and ‘Password‘. The ‘Strength Indicator‘ indicaties the safety of the chosen password.
  4. Specify wether the new password should be sent to the new user. If this option is unchecked, the new user does not receive any notification.
  5. Select a ‘Role‘ to give the new user specif userrights  drop-down-user-roll
  6. Click on the button ‘Add New User‘: button-add-new-user-2

Editing Users

To change the info of a user, follow these steps:

  1. Click ‘Users‘ in the left sidebar.
  2. Click on the username of the user you want to edit.
  3. Enter the desired changes.
  4. Click the ‘Update User‘ button: button-update-user

Deleting Users

To delete a user, follow these steps:

  1. Click ‘Users’ in the left sidebar
  2. Click the “Delete” link below the username; The following message appears:  notice-delete-user
  3. Indicate whether the content of this user must be removed or should be moved to another user.
