Adding new users
To add a new user, follow these steps:
- Click on ‘Users‘ in the leftsidebar
- Click on the button ‘Add New‘ in the top of your screen:
- Fill out at least the fields: ‘Username‘, ‘E-mail‘ and ‘Password‘. The ‘Strength Indicator‘ indicaties the safety of the chosen password.
- Specify wether the new password should be sent to the new user. If this option is unchecked, the new user does not receive any notification.
- Select a ‘Role‘ to give the new user specif userrights
- Click on the button ‘Add New User‘:
To change the info of a user, follow these steps:
- Click ‘Users‘ in the left sidebar.
- Click on the username of the user you want to edit.
- Enter the desired changes.
- Click the ‘Update User‘ button:
To delete a user, follow these steps:
- Click ‘Users’ in the left sidebar
- Click the “Delete” link below the username; The following message appears:
- Indicate whether the content of this user must be removed or should be moved to another user.
